What is Shilajit?

Shilajit is a natural mineral-rich resin-like substance formed for centuries by the gradual decomposition of certain plants.

It has been known and used for centuries by Ayurvedic medicine, as a rejuvenator and as an antiaging compound.

Found mainly in the Himalayas (but also in Russia, Tibet, Afghanistan and Chile) Shilajit is a potent dietary supplement that helps restore the energetic balance and can potentially prevent several diseases.

"Recent investigations point to an interesting medical application for the control of cognitive disorders associated with ageing and cognitive stimulation..."
